Are my files private? +
On the Free plan, all processing happens in your browser — your files never reach our servers. On Pro/Business, files sent for AI features are processed in memory and deleted immediately. We never read or store your file content.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing us. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked.
Can I get a refund? +
Yes — we offer a 7-day refund policy for first-time subscribers. Email us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll process the refund promptly.
