Short version: Use CSVNow fairly, don't abuse it, pay for what you use, and we'll keep it running reliably for you. By using CSVNow you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using CSVNow at csvnow.vercel.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses the Service.
CSVNow is a browser-based platform that provides tools to convert, clean, and repair CSV files. The Service includes free tools available to all visitors and premium tools available to paid subscribers.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

CSVNow offers a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Business). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through LemonSqueezy.
Note: All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. We do not store your payment information.
You retain full ownership of any files or data you process using CSVNow. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process your data solely to perform the requested operation.
On the Free plan, all processing happens in your browser and your files never reach our servers. On paid plans, files sent to our servers for AI processing are deleted immediately after the operation completes.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any data you upload, including compliance with applicable data protection laws.
All content, design, code, and branding of CSVNow — including the name, logo, and tool interfaces — are owned by CSVNow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our explicit written permission.
The output files generated by your use of CSVNow belong to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from use of the Service. Always keep backups of your original files before processing them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSVNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, without refund or prior notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
For significant changes, we will notify registered users via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
